Residential decorating

Landlords premises can have quick turnaround refreshing of property stock. Commercial premises of all descriptions are also covered and Blue Egg Decor talk you through how the whole project will go and a rough outline of what to expect during the project process.

Commercial work

We can paint fresh new wood and MDF or existing woodwork and trim with a maintenance paint. Specialist brands are used which will be high performance and commercial grade products to ensure a top quality and durable finish.

Once the job is in the planning stage, work needs to be sequenced to give a structure to the project including the stage by stage process from loading out all the tools and equipment to the last stroke of paint and final tidying up at the end.

Sequencing

We fully tape and mask up to ensure razor sharp straight lines and everything is fully protected. Using many masking products to ensure a durable covering of your home until the job is complete. Dustless sanders are used to keep mess to a minimum and sprayers where applicable. Otherwise we finish with brush and roller by hand for a quality finish

Sound preparation

Interior fitted furniture and kitchen cupboards, in most cases, colour changes are possible using specialist materials, giving you the option to realise a more expedient solution to re-colour your installations.
