  • • To care about each project and make a difference

  • • Respond to any query, question or quotation request within 24 hours. When not up a ladder I answer my phone, return calls and respond to emails.

  • • Operating one job at a time, I only accept projects I can deliver and complete before starting another. Once in my diary, rest assured I'll be with you on that date.

  • • Operate completely in accordance with my clients expectations and requests. To ensure there are no surprises, nasty or otherwise.

  • • If required, undertake traditional work outside of traditional business hours in order to accommodate the lives and operations of our clients.

  • • Complete the work to my clients satisfaction and to achieve the finish we are both happy with, on time and within the agreed budget.

  • • To keep my clients informed on a daily basis how the work is progressing

  • • It's difficult to do a job and not make something of a mess but we work as cleanly as possible and tidy up when finished.
